Qualifications

• BA or BS required with advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of finance experience, oncology/healthcare a plus.
• Experience owning P&L and managing budgets; proven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/ad hoc analyses for Navista MSO and physician offices.
• Lead capital expenditure, M&A, and growth investment analysis.
• Drive ERP/PMS integration and financial tech roadmap.
• Influence physicians and staff and partner with HR on incentive plans.
• Present insights to senior leadership and drive strategic recommendations.
