Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with the Navista Oncology MSO unit, guiding financial performance, planning and decision-making with cross-functional teams. You will own standardized reporting and the annual budgeting process to drive growth and profitability.

You will provide timely analyses, support strategic initiatives, and collaborate with business leaders and finance teams to optimize outcomes while leading month-end close activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, preferred.
• Oncology experience, highly preferred, or fee-for-service healthcare, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the manager in operating as the FP&A function for Navista (Oncology MSO) unit.
• Oversee design, development, and improvement of standardized reporting for actuals, budgets, forecasts.
• Partner to drive annual budgeting and forecasting, aligning with objectives.
• Deliver high-quality, timely financial reporting and analyses to support decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders and finance teams to support initiatives.
• Lead month-end close activities ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Support ad-hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and executive presentations.
