Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or finance roles.
• Oncology experience or fee-for-service healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the FP&A function for Navista Oncology MSO as strategic advisor to senior leadership.
• Oversee design, development, and improvement of standardized reporting for actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting in line with corporate objectives.
• Deliver timely financial reporting and performance analysis to guide decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and optimize financial outcomes.
• Lead month-end close activities with accuracy and integrity of results.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and executive presentations.
