Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor, Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with senior leadership on financial performance and strategic initiatives. You will oversee reporting for actuals, budgets, and forecasts, lead month-end close, and support ad-hoc analyses to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A experience, preferred.
• Oncology experience or fee-for-service healthcare is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data-modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the manager as FP&A lead for Navista (Oncology MSO) to advise senior leadership on financial performance and decisions.
• Oversee design, development, and improvement of standardized reporting for actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with corporate objectives and business unit strategies.
• Deliver timely financial reporting and performance analysis to enable data-driven decisions.
• Partner with business leaders and finance teams to support strategic initiatives and optimize financial outcomes.
• Lead month-end close activities ensuring accuracy and integrity of results.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and executive presentations.
