Caraway Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Forecasting Insights to develop strategic forecasts for multiple assets and indications, interpret implications, and communicate insights to drive marketing strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years delivering complex analytics in pharma/biotech using market data.
• Experience building forecast models and analytics (scenario analysis, business cases).
• Strong cross-functional, matrixed team collaboration and leadership.
• Ability to lead varied teams and manage ambiguity effectively.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently; lead without authority.
• Ability to translate business questions into testable hypotheses and clear requirements.

• Determine forecast modeling approaches and tools for assets/indications.
• Collaborate with Marketing Engagement, Market Research, Data Science and Payer Analytics to shape insights.
• Develop and deliver forecasts aligned with enterprise forecasting processes across US/India teams.
• Monitor actual performance vs forecast and explain drivers.
• Align inputs/outputs with Marketing, Market Access and Finance for each cycle.
• Lead forecasting insights to support business strategy and decisions.
• Work within a matrixed organization to ensure One Team culture.
• Communicate forecasting process, inputs, insights, and updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Foster problem solving with DHH and commercial teams on key questions.
• Build trusted partnerships with business partners and other insight teams.
• Travel may be required (<20%).
