Job summary

The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Direct to Consumer (DTC) team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Forecast & Capacity Planning in San Antonio to develop long-term, short-term and intraday volume forecasts and to create strategic capacity models that align staffing with anticipated demand.

This role blends advanced data analysis, scenario modeling and cross‑functional collaboration to support service level goals and operational efficiency, translating complex data into actionable staffing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Operations Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
4+ years of experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or operations analysis.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Proficient in WFM platforms (e.g., NICE, IEX) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
Strong understanding of contact center dynamics, workforce planning methodologies, and system integration.

Responsibilities

Develop long-term, short-term and intraday volume forecasts and capacity models.
Ensure staffing aligns with forecasted demand across units and regions.
Translate data into actionable staffing strategies and present to leadership.
Collaborate with operations, HR, finance and other teams to align plans.
Maintain documentation and validation of models and reports.
