Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, FL is seeking a Manager of Workload Analytics and Planning to lead omni-channel forecasting and staffing strategies for Disney Central's 50+ business units and 2,000+ Cast Members.

You will build forecasting models, drive labor optimization, and present insights to executives, while developing a high-performing team and collaborating with Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of analytical experience in forecasting and workforce planning.
• 3+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict workload and optimize staffing.
• Lead workforce planning strategies across Disney Central.
• Develop short-term, long-term, and annual forecasts and staffing recommendations.
• Explore automation opportunities through Power BI, Snowflake, Python, and R.
• Provide regular forecast reviews and executive-ready presentations.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts and associates.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology to drive integrated solutions.
