Job summary

Disney seeks a Senior Workforce Forecasting Leader to design omni-channel workload forecasts for Disney Central’s 50+ business units and 2,000+ cast members across Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and more. Located in Orlando, FL, the role partners across Operations, Finance, HR, and Technology to drive labor optimization and strategic insights.

You will build forecasting models, lead a team of analysts, and deliver executive-ready analytics, leveraging Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and R.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of analytical experience with forecasting, workforce planning, staffing, or capacity planning
• 3+ years leading teams, projects, or strategic initiatives
• Proven ability to mentor analytical teams while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture
• Passion for leveraging technology, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business performance
• Advanced Excel, forecasting, data modeling, scenario analysis, and dashboard development
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and R

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models for workload demand and staffing optimization
• Lead workforce planning strategies across Disney Central
• Develop short-, long-, and annual operating plan workforce forecasts and staffing recommendations
• Explore automation opportunities with Power BI, Snowflake, Python, and R
• Maintain expertise in forecasting methodologies and advanced analytics
• Provide regular forecast reviews and executive-facing labor strategies and risk assessments
• Translate quantitative analyses into concise executive narratives and recommendations
• Lead the Disney Central Deployment function for real-time workforce deployment and optimization
