Job summary

The Walt Disney Company seeks a Manager for Workload Analytics and Planning to oversee omni-channel forecasting for Disney Central. You will build models, drive staffing and labor deployment, and partner with leaders to align workforce plans with business goals.

The role leads a team of analysts to deliver insights, automate reporting, and support executive decision-making, with a focus on efficiency and cost savings across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of analytical experience with forecasting, workforce planning, or similar domains.
• 3+ years leading teams, projects, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong data modeling, Excel, and analytical problem solving.
• Experience with multi-channel demand, guest behavior, and staffing implications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict workload and optimize staffing.
• Lead workforce planning strategies across Disney Central to meet objectives.
• Create short- and long-term workforce forecasts and staffing recommendations.
• Explore automation opportunities via Power BI, Snowflake, Python, and R.
• Provide executive-ready analyses and reports with clear recommendations.
• Guide deployment and real-time workforce optimization initiatives.
