Apogee Solutions, a Woman-Owned Small Business, is seeking a full-time Force Management Analyst to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) Force Generation Division at Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC), Arlington Army National Guard Readiness Center, Arlington Hall Station, Arlington, VA. Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with a DOD SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Graduate of Army FA50 Force Management Qualification Course (Q-Course), highly preferred.
• Five years of Army strategy related experience and knowledge including national, DoD, and Army strategic processes.
• Experience with SAMAS, RCMS, AOS, and FSR databases.
• Knowledge of Army institutional processes, organizations, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide consolidated weekly analysis of force generation initiatives and AST status.
• Evaluate outcomes and impacts on ARNG policies and actions from strategic engagements.
• Synthesize updates into a weekly SITREP for senior leadership.
• Provide monthly analyses of program health and staffing.
• Support ER analytic reporting for ETMS2 and CRM for oversight.
• Serve as SME for ARNG force generation and AST integration.
• Participate in AST working groups and advise on system changes.
