Heartland Consulting seeks a Data Analyst to support Strategic Global Force Management at TARC, Arlington, VA. On-site role requiring active DoD SECRET clearance or eligibility; five days a week with modular Power BI and mobilization data workflows to inform senior leaders.
You will develop briefs and data products, create Power BI views, and support LSMO/EXORD/FRAGORD outputs for Army and NR Army components. Candidates should have 5 years DoD data analysis and a strong Power BI portfolio.
Location TARC, Arlington Hall Station, Arlington, VA - on-site, five days a week
Clearance Active DoD SECRET required (TS/SCI accepted). U.S. citizenship required.

Salary $105,000 – $130,000, commensurate with Power BI depth, mobilization analysis, and staff-product quality
Travel Limited / NTE. Occasional CONUS in support of SGFM events or studies.

This analyst owns the Strategic Global Force Management book: the orders and briefs that move Large Scale Mobilization Operations, the event analysis behind SGFM forums, the study and RFI work, and the Power BI views leadership uses to see 4,900 units at once. You turn authoritative data into a product a general officer can act on.
