• Get in front of customers regularly through visits, product demos, and follow-ups.
• Work with purchasing, operations, and logistics to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Keep a sharp eye on market trends and competitive moves and turn insights into action.
• Keep your pipeline organized and your CRM spotless.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
• Be the voice of the customer internally — sharing feedback that shapes products and marketing direction.
