Job summary

Performance Foodservice, a part of Performance Food Group, is seeking an onsite coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports national and regional chain customers by ensuring product supply and in-stock levels, while assisting with special orders and collaborating with suppliers.

The position emphasizes teamwork, effective communication with sales, customers and vendors, and adherence to best practices to maintain service levels. Monday–Friday onsite role with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years office/administrative experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, supply chain or related field.
• 1-2 years purchasing or planning experience.
• 2-4 years purchasing or related area within foodservice industry.
• Experience with replenishment and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains multi line product replenishment from vendors.
• Maintains adequate inventory levels to ensure superior service levels to customers and sales force through use of industry standard Best Practices procedures.
• Interacts and communicates both written and verbally with sales force, customers, and vendors in a timely and informative manner on market conditions, delivery schedules and product information.
• Works in an environment that requires teamwork and the ability to work independently to maintain required job parameters.
• Develops interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor, and trust, both internally and externally.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
