Job summary

Unilever is seeking an Assistant Category Strategy Manager for Foods to shape growth with insights-driven recommendations across Condiments and broader Foods initiatives. You will partner with Brand Teams, Shopper Insights, and Sales to translate data into category-driven actions.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in category management or related fields, strong analytical and storytelling skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum of BA/BS degree; MBA a plus.
• 2–4 years in Category Management, Sales, Shopper Insights, or related analytical field.
• Strong ability to translate data into insights, implications and actions.
• Experience developing presentations, category stories, or customer-facing recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Translate insights into growth opportunities and business actions.
• Support development of category growth strategies and shelving recommendations.
• Develop data-led materials for internal and retail stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Field Category Management and Sales to implement national strategies across customers.
