The role requires 10+ years in Consumer Goods, strong analytical thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate data into strategic action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in Customer Development, Account Management, Trade Marketing, Category Strategy or Brand Marketing Operations in Consumer Goods.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Retail/eCommerce omnichannel experience and strong CPG acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; executive-level storytelling.
• Collaborative leadership and cross-functional partnership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitable growth for the U.S. CA&MM business with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Translate data into actionable commercial plans aligned to growth strategy.
• Drive multi-year planning and annual execution with cross-functional teams.
• Own channel and customer financial delivery, including targets and budgets.
• Set and deploy channel strategies to drive sustainable growth.
• Partner with Net Revenue Management to optimize pricing and promotions.
