Job summary

Mueller Yurgae Associates seeks a Food Service Manager to lead and grow the Food Service business in the Convenience division. You will manage assigned clients, develop strategies with Account Managers, and pursue new opportunities to increase distribution, placement, and velocity.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with decision-makers, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding the Company’s presence with key customers and distributors. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Service industry and Convenience channel.
• Strong sales, business development, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Ability to translate opportunities into actionable sales plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead Food Service clients within the Convenience division.
• Act as primary Food Service resource for the team.
• Develop customer-specific strategies and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on opportunities and plans.
• Identify and onboard new Food Service clients and opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with distributors and key customers.
• Track opportunities and communicate results to leadership.
