The candidate will lead procurement, forecast and demand planning, secure alternative ingredient sources, and report to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a base salary of $120,000–$140,000 per year plus bonus and benefits, with room for growth in a stable, team-centered culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement within the food production industry.
• Strategic, hands-on leader reporting to senior leadership.
• Strong forecasting, market analysis and sourcing of alternative ingredients.

• Oversee end-to-end procurement process for the organization.
• Collaborate with forecasting and demand planning to determine future material needs.
