Bookman Consulting is assisting a well-established Food Manufacturing company in Santa Fe Springs with a hybrid Purchasing Manager role. The candidate will lead procurement, forecast and demand planning, secure alternative ingredient sources, and report to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a base salary of $120,000–$140,000 per year plus bonus and benefits, with room for growth in a stable, team-centered culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement within the food production industry.
• Strategic, hands-on leader reporting to senior leadership.
• Strong forecasting, market analysis and sourcing of alternative ingredients.

Our clientis a well-established and growing Food Manufacturing Company who's looking to hire a talented Purchasing Manager. This is an HYBRID role at their facility located in the Santa Fe Springs area. This is a fun, stable, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture. • Must have a minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement in the food production industry.
• Will be managing the entire procurement process and reporting directly to senior leadership - must be very strategic, hands-on, and have excellent communication skills.
• Works with forecasting and demand planning and reviews market analysis to determine future production needs to proactively stay ahead of raw materials needs and market trends while securing alternative ingredient sources
• Must be able to think critically in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Salary is likely $120k-$140k on the base + Bonus and Benefits
