Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Procurement Associate to collaborate with the merchant, forecasting, warehouse ops and accounts payable teams. You will ensure raw materials reach production and distribution facilities on time and to specification, while maintaining inventory and addressing quality concerns with suppliers.

Three days per week in the office, with option for more days for in-person collaboration. Salary range is $75,000–$78,500, plus equity and a comprehensive benefits package including

• 2+ years in a supply chain position, preferably foodservice or retail.
• Team player that appreciates other points of view & ideas.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Has a sense of urgency & great attention to detail.
• Able to grasp concepts quickly and apply the learning.
• Self-starter that does not mind seeking answers & information.
• Embraces a fast-paced environment & can pivot as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with supplier partners via e-mail, virtual meetings & direct calls.
• Sustain proper inventory levels by evaluating/submitting purchase orders & ensuring timely delivery.
• Address and rectify any quality concerns of raw materials with culinary & operational teams.
• Communicate forecasting changes to supplier partners.
• Work cross-functionally to meet launch dates of new raw materials.
• Evaluate reporting to minimize waste at production & distribution facilities.
