Job summary

The Wonderfield Group is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee the full purchasing lifecycle across multiple locations in a hybrid role. You will manage incoming purchase orders, monitor usage trends, forecast demand, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and reduce costs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 6+ years in food service ops, and 3+ years in leadership. Travel about 10% may be involved, with comprehensive benefits and annual bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Food Science, or related field.
• At least 6 years’ experience in food service operations.
• At least 3 years in supervisory or management role.
• Experience with custom import processes (food industry preferred).
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full purchasing lifecycle and optimize inventory across multiple locations.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier performance, and demand forecasting.
• Collaborate with AFCFC, JFE, Bento and cross-functional teams.
• Lead weekly inventory reviews and coordinate with Wonderfield group companies.
