Home2 Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown is seeking an organized supervisor to help manage all Food and Beverage operations, guest service, inventory, budgeting, and reporting. You will support both Home2 Suites and AC Hotel Tuscaloosa Downtown F&B teams, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation while monitoring costs and portions.

You’ll supervise and develop staff, manage schedules and evaluations, greet guests, and handle inquiries and issues promptly.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus two years F&B experience including supervisory training/experience.
• Hospitality industry background preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Reading and writing abilities are required to document tasks, order supplies, and read safety manuals.
• Mathematical skills including budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances.

• Assist in the management of all Food and Beverage operations, including guest service and quality.

• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and cost/portion controls.
• Supervise and develop team members; scheduling, counseling, and evaluations.
• Meet and greet guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor service trends, address issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Assist in recruiting and training team members; perform other duties as assigned.
