Home2 Suites by Hilton Tuscaloosa Downtown is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily property maintenance and lead a small team at the Tuscaloosa Downtown location. The role requires knowledge of safety procedures, ability to use electrical testing instruments, basic English literacy, and the physical capacity to lift up to 75 lbs; flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general safe operating procedures.
• Skilled in using electrical testing instruments.
• Basic reading and writing skills in English.
• Ability to lift, grasp and/or carry supplies or equipment weighing up to 75lbs.
• Must have prior experience in maintenance supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and supervise staff.
• Use electrical testing instruments to diagnose issues.
• Perform duties requiring bending, stooping and kneeling.
• Be available for weekends and holidays as needed.
