Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in Lexington Park, MD to support Foreign Military Sales for the Australian F/A-18 Super Hornet and Growler programs.

You will provide program management services, coordinate reviews, and analyze cost, schedule, and performance to drive effective decision making. The role requires a DoD secret clearance, extensive program/analytical experience, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across engineering, logistics, contracting, and security.

Qualifications

• Clearance & citizenship: US citizen with ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• 10+ years in program management or related analysis for weapon systems.
• Experience with FMS and Defense Security Assistance Programs.
• Familiar with PPBS, MIPR, DD254, and related DoD forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM services for PMA 265 Australia IPT supporting F/A-18 programs.
• Support development and review of PID, SOW, CDRLs, and Delivery Schedules.
• Coordinate program reviews, technical coordination meetings, and briefings.
• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate objectives, budget, and schedule for informed decisions.
• Track program status: cost, schedule, performance, milestones, deliverables.
