Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Analyst to support the F/A-18 Australia program from Lexington Park, MD. You will manage program activity, coordinate with engineering, logistics, and security, and ensure documentation aligns with DoD policies.

Responsibilities include data analysis, cost and schedule monitoring, and producing executive-ready briefings. The role requires ten years in related fields and US citizenship with security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• At least 10 years in program management, tech or business analysis in weapon systems acquisition.
• Experience with FMS and Defense Security Assistance Programs.
• Knowledge of PPBS, MIPR, DD254, and related forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM services for PMA 265 Australia IPT supporting F/A-18 program.
• Review and coordinate PID/SOW/CDRLs and other documents.
• Support program reviews, meetings, and executive briefings.
• Analyze budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics for decision making.
• Ensure configuration management and data management compliance.
• Prepare program plans and status updates for DoD processes.
