KBR is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD, focusing on Foreign Military Sales for the Australian F/A-18 program. The role involves cross-functional coordination, documentation, and data analysis to support program execution and decision-making.

Qualified candidates have a BS/BA with 0–3 years of experience and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance. This position is based on-site with standard 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 0-3 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance.
• Experience with DoD processes and foreign military sales is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support major program events and cross-functional working groups.
• Lead foreign visit coordination for the F-18 team, manage approvals and documentation.
• Provide program support to the F/A-18 Program Manager and Deputy PM, track tasks and issues.
• Prepare formal and informal program correspondence and briefing materials.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to aircraft acquisition and product support programs.
• Develop and maintain program documentation while ensuring DoD security compliance.
• Support technology transfer and foreign disclosure by preparing and routing disclosure packages.
