You will coordinate major program events and assist with resource planning, contracting actions, and reporting, working with engineering, logistics, and program management teams. The role requires 0-3 years in program management or business analysis, DoD clearance eligibility, and proficiency with MS Office apps.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 0-3 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain DoD secret clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support major program events (TIMs, PMRs, LPRs, CDPRs) and cross-functional groups.
• Lead foreign visit coordination for the Australian F‑18 team; process RAAF visit requests and maintain documentation.
• Provide program support to the F/A‑18 Program Manager and Deputy PM; assist with resource planning and contracting actions.
• Prepare formal and informal program correspondence and briefing materials; maintain organized files and track actions.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to aircraft acquisition and product support; track milestones and schedules.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, personnel-tracking databases, and security-related records; ensure DoD compliance.
