Job summary

SunSource in Salem, Oregon is seeking a driven Outside Sales Account Manager for its Fluid Power division. This role focuses on building relationships, solving technical challenges, and driving growth in a defined territory.

You will develop strategic sales plans with the District Sales Manager, pursue new business, manage existing accounts, and collaborate with inside sales and technical teams. Proficiency with CRM and MS Office required, willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Fluid Power sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with fluid power systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
