Job summary

Jaeckle Distributors is seeking a Strategic Territory Manager to lead sales efforts across flooring products in Minneapolis, MN and surrounding areas. You will build close client relationships, present displays, and drive commercial opportunities while coordinating with vendors to deliver value at the account level.

The role requires 1–2+ years in a client-facing service role, an Associate degree or higher, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a client-facing service role.
• Associate degree or higher.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented self-starter with solid organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within the territory (2–3 nights per month).
• Experience maintaining CRM data and account records.

Responsibilities

• Develop close, personal relationships with the customer base.
• Assemble and maintain displays as selling tools at accounts.
• Pursue commercial work through specification and value-engineering.
• Sell across our variety of product lines with confidence.
• Partner with vendors and suppliers to achieve great outcomes at the account level.
• Maintain samples within each display to ensure current product lines are shown.
• Address customer account needs related to support and fulfillment including product delivery.
• Ensure account information is accurate in our CRM and related systems.
