Job summary

Jaeckle Distributors, a Wisconsin based floor covering and surfacing distribution company, has an opening for a Strategic Territory Manager. This role will be based in Minneapolis, MN and surrounding areas, focusing on developing customer relationships and driving sales.

You will partner with vendors, present product displays, and pursue commercial work through specification and value engineering while traveling the territory.

Qualifications

• An Associate degree or better.
• 1–2+ years in a client facing service support role.
• Territory travel with overnight stays (2–3 nights a month) and expenses covered by the company.
• Results-oriented self-starter able to work independently and achieve sales results.

Responsibilities

• Develop close, personal relationships with the customer base.
• Assemble and maintain displays as a selling tool at accounts.
• Pursue commercial work through specification and value-engineering.
• Sell across our variety of product lines with confidence.
• Partner with vendors and suppliers to achieve great outcomes at the account level.
• Maintain the samples within each display to ensure current product lines are shown.
• Address customer account needs related to support and fulfillment including product delivery.
• Ensure account information is accurate in our CRM and other related systems.
