ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Beloit, WI is seeking a National Fleet Program Manager to lead national fleet programs, optimize costs, and partner with operations and vendors. The role focuses on safety, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.

You will manage vendor relationships, analyze fleet data, and drive continuous improvement, reporting findings to senior leadership and shaping nationwide fleet strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive fleet management or related operations.
• Experience managing large-scale vendor relationships and national programs.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Experience presenting executive-level reports and recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead national fleet programs and develop strategies aligned with objectives and goals.
• Negotiate pricing, service levels, and enhancements with vendors; monitor performance.
• Oversee vehicle/equipment lifecycle including maintenance, replacements, and disposal.
• Analyze fleet expenditures and present findings to senior leadership.
• Ensure DOT, OSHA, state and federal fleet compliance; drive safety initiatives.
• Develop processes, create training materials, and lead fleet education initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Procurement, Finance, and Field Leadership; lead special projects.
