Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a Fleet/Maintenance Manager in Beloit, WI to oversee the full fleet and maintenance program, drive profitability, and ensure safety standards. You will lead maintenance managers, optimize shop staffing, and enforce vehicle-management system usage to meet operational goals.

You will guide budgeting, cost control, and employee development while maintaining high training and safety standards across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years previous experience (in addition to education requirements)
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements.
• Manage maintenance managers to ensure performance and cost focus across the area.
• Oversee maintenance shops to ensure staffing and training are adequate.
• Ensure vehicle management systems are effectively utilized.
• Support budget processes and participate in financial reviews.
