Job summary

Amgen is seeking a strategic Fleet Operations Associate Director to lead the enterprise fleet program for the US and Puerto Rico, with onsite preference at Thousand Oaks, CA or Deerfield, IL 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities

• Fleet Strategy & Governance: Develop and execute Amgen's multi-year fleet strategy, operating model, policies, procedures, and governance framework.
• Enterprise Leadership: Lead, develop, and coach the Fleet Operations team; set priorities and performance expectations.
• Vendor Strategy & Accountability: Own the strategic relationship with the fleet management partner; define SLAs and KPIs.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization for the fleet program.
• Risk, Safety & Compliance: Establish vehicle, driver, and vendor compliance frameworks with EH&S, Legal, Risk, and HR.
