Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or data-related roles.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Excel.
• Understanding market dynamics across therapeutic areas.
• Synthesis of cross-functional information to guide decisions.
• Pharmaceutical product lifecycle management knowledge.
• Familiarity with Miro, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote, MS Teams, MS Project, and Office 365.
• Project leadership in pharmaceutical/health industries.
• Coding in Python and Jquery for application development.

Responsabilités

• Define project deliverables, milestones, tasks and risks; create roadmaps and dashboards.
• Apply Agile principles across project management activities.
• Develop plans: communication, stakeholder analysis, implementation, sustainment, schedules.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings; track actions to ensure completion.
• Build relationships with CfOR leaders to align objectives and priorities.
• Identify process gaps and generate creative solutions; communicate status.
• Improve CfOR capabilities and efficiency; suggest technology-enabled improvements.
• Collaborate with global partners for project execution.
