Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CM, business, eng, or logistics.
• MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in fleet operations or logistics within construction or heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet budgets, cost rates, and KPI tracking for ownership and operation.
• Lead shop operations and maintenance programs to ensure readiness and safety.
• Direct acquisitions, rentals, and disposition of equipment in line with strategy.
• Manage union mechanics and labor relations in partnership with HR.
• Develop and implement software and processes for tracking and maintenance.
