You will drive acquisition, disposition, and vendor negotiations to maximize value while aligning with enterprise growth and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years in fleet management, strong DOT/FMCSA knowledge, and proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in progressive fleet management.
• Experience managing fleets across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA and CDL requirements.
• Experience with fleet management systems and telematics.
• Proven budgeting and multi-year replacement planning.
• Negotiation experience with dealers and rental houses.

Responsibilities

• Develop a fleet management strategy aligned with growth.
• Analyze fleet utilization to optimize assets.
• Determine optimal fleet size by region and asset mix.
• Lead asset-sharing and cross-region coordination.
• Oversee acquisitions, rentals, and lifecycle planning.
• Manage maintenance programs and compliance across yards.
• Provide reporting on KPIs, costs, and depreciation.
• Direct four regional Warehouse Foremen and standardize operations.
