Job summary

Ozarks Coca-Cola-Dr Pepper Bottling Company is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee all aspects of the company’s vehicle fleet. The role includes purchasing, leasing, maintenance coordination, and ensuring DOT/IFTA compliance across all facilities.

You will develop budgets, assess total cost of ownership, and work closely with operations leadership to optimize routing and vehicle utilization. Strong analytical, negotiation and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in fleet management.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret policies and financial reports.
• Mathematical skills: rate, ratio and percentage; graph interpretation.
• Reasoning to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Class A CDL and driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet purchasing/leasing decisions and roadmaps.
• Ensure DOT and IFTA compliance at branch level.
• Develop fleet budgets, expend monitoring, and cost analyses.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and vendor management.
• Track total cost of ownership and vehicle performance.
• Create and update fleet policies and procedures.
• Manage supplier relations and driver training for fleet programs.
• Oversee sale of company vehicles via auction or internal use.
• Assist operations leadership with routing and logistics.
