Job summary

You will build leaders, drive SOPs, and manage budgets while partnering with cross-functional teams to align priorities with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven expertise in leading multi-site fleet operations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, parts controls, and fleet lifecycle practices.
• Experience implementing operating standards, KPIs, audits, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide fleet strategies and operating requirements across all locations.
• Direct statewide fleet maintenance and shop operations for safe, compliant, reliable, route-ready equipment.
• Define standard work for PM, inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and parts management.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, reviews, and corrective actions to improve safety, reliability, productivity, and cost.
