Select Drink Inc in Missouri is seeking an experienced Manager of Drivers and Fleet to lead delivery operations across our restaurant, bar and entertainment channels. You will oversee driver performance, vehicle reliability, routing and DOT compliance to ensure on-time, accurate orders.

The role emphasizes building an efficient fleet, creating route schedules, training drivers and coordinating with vendors and customers to keep operations cohesive and compliant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing drivers and fleet or logistics is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Drivers and Fleet.
• Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner and customers are satisfied.
• Hire, train, and manage drivers.
• Create route schedules.
• Manage truck inventories and delivery targets.
• Manage team to all local, state, and federal laws and safety regulations.
• Educate employees on safety guidelines and reduce on-the-job accidents and injuries.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, employees, and company leadership to ensure all areas of the company are working together cohesively.
