Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Strategic Fleet Manager in Pleasant Grove, UT to oversee the vehicle fleet, drive safety and cost efficiency, and coordinate with internal teams and external FMCs. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, fleet optimization, and program rollout across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in fleet management, a strong grasp of safety standards (DOT/OSHA), and experience with telematics and fleet software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or a service industry-related field.
• Proven experience managing third-party FMCs, preferably with Holman
• Strong understanding of fleet compliance, safety regulations, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all fleet-related matters and reporting.
• Partner with Fleet Leadership, Organization Leadership, and FMCs for program support and execution.
• Lead the transition and integration of new acquisitions into the Holman program.
• Standardize upfitting packages and analyze cost savings of consolidated solutions.
• Collaborate on fuel program management and rebate opportunities.
• Monitor telematics adoption and generate KPI reports.
• Maintain a centralized fleet and equipment database with real-time visibility.
