Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Strategic Fleet Manager in Pleasant Grove, UT, to oversee the company’s vehicle fleet, including owned and leased assets, safety programs, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with internal teams and external FMCs to optimize utilization and cost efficiency.

You will standardize upfitting, manage fuel programs, and drive continuous improvement across multi-site fleet operations while ensuring adherence to industry safety standards and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or service industries.
• Experience managing third‑party FMCs, preferably Holman.
• Strong understanding of fleet compliance and risk management.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all fleet-related matters and reporting.
• Partner with Holman Fleet Management and leadership for program support.
• Lead integration of acquisitions into the Holman program.
• Oversee rollout of supplementary programs and upfitting initiatives.
• Manage vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance documentation.
