Job summary

You will set schedules, routes, policies, and monitor driver performance while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in transportation/logistics operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements is required.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analysis for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily fleet operations and set schedules/routes.
• Develop policies and procedures for efficient transportation systems.
• Coordinate drivers, vehicles, and dispatcher information.
• Analyze reports to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Recruit, train, and monitor drivers; manage turnover initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, logs, and regulatory standards.
