Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 3 years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years managing and leading direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operation and staff coordination.
• Develop policies and procedures for transportation systems and terminals.
• Set schedules, routes, and assign drivers and vehicles.
• Be primary contact for operational information and issues.
• Monitor performance and implement cost-control measures.
