Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead fleet expansion initiatives for its last-mile delivery network, owning end-to-end expansion from concept to execution while balancing innovation with operational excellence.

You will develop expansion strategies, manage pilot programs, partner with product, operations, procurement, and DSP teams, and build scalable fleet ecosystems across regions to meet growing demand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning end-to-end program delivery and reporting to leadership.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience building and scaling dashboards and escalation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own expansion strategy and execution for fleet segments.
• Develop multi-year expansion roadmaps aligned with growth projections.
• Build business cases evaluating market readiness, infrastructure requirements, financial impact, and customer experience.
• Define success metrics and track performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks to timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
• Lead pilot programs and coordinate across teams (product, operations, procurement, DSP).
• Analyze pilot data to inform expansion decisions and scaling strategies.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future programs.
