Model 1 Commercial Vehicles is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Austin to manage day-to-day administrative and operational fleet orders. You will serve as the primary contact between corporate clients, dealerships, upfitters, and service vendors to ensure orders are placed, tracked, and processed efficiently with minimal downtime.

• 2+ years of experience in fleet coordination or related roles.
• Experience with OEMs, FMCs, and dealerships preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between OEMs, internal teams, dealerships, upfitters, and service vendors.
• Track vehicle orders from request to delivery and final sale or assignment.
• Confirm order details, pricing, specifications, and timelines; escalate delays as needed.
• Update systems and tracking documents to keep status accurate and current.
