Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of clerical experience, preferably in finance, fiscal, accounting.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial reports for management, including restricted fund reporting and expense reports.
• Reviews and validates vendor payments and processes credit card payments.
• Maintains daily cash balances and records; reconciles bank activity and ledgers.
• Supports monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and assists with audits.
• Maintains internal controls and supports budget and forecasting activities.
• Communicates financial information clearly to leaders and stakeholders.
• Oversees accounts payable and vendor invoicing and related documentation.
