Job summary

Nicklaus Children's seeks a Manager of Strategic Initiatives to lead high-priority health system projects, turning strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable results. You will work with clinical and administrative leaders, leveraging data and market insights to develop business cases and guide initiatives from concept to implementation.

You will develop and manage dashboards and performance metrics, oversee budgeting, and mentor a team of strategy professionals to deliver value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in strategic planning, business intelligence or analytics, business planning, project management, or related area.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategy professionals and cross-functional contributors on assigned initiatives; coaching, feedback, and alignment with priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to define strategic priorities and translate goals into actionable initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects from assessment and business case development through evaluation and planning, partnering during implementation and outcome monitoring.
• Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, decision points, and measures of success with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Use data, financial analysis, market research to identify opportunities and support evidence-based decisions.
