Responsibilities

• Direct fiscal administration for the Kaka'ako campus and advise management to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Handle procurement processes, including complex purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Analyze and report on short- and long-term fiscal plans and expenditures to university administration, Governor's Office, and the State Legislature.
• Monitor procurement to ensure funds are available and expenditures are allowable.
• Lead and develop fiscal staff and communicate policy changes to departments and central offices.
