Job summary

Altruist is transforming wealth management by delivering an AI platform for advisors nationwide. We’re seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth, develop deep platform expertise, and clearly articulate value to financial advisors.

You will help shape the product roadmap through advisor feedback while meeting sales SLAs and quota targets. You’ll leverage strong consultative selling skills to position features like the rebalancer and Model Marketplace, and you will maintain precise records in

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in financial services sales or as an independent advisor.
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to articulate complex product value.
• S. degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Economics.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of the Altruist platform and clearly position its capabilities to financial advisors.
• Meet quarterly and annual quota and support the broader sales team.
• Capture advisor feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate, complete records in Salesforce.
• Demonstrate coachability and a growth mindset by applying feedback from sales leadership.
• Position features such as the rebalancer and Model Marketplace to customers.
• Identify ways to improve the sales team while meeting SLAs.
