Altruist is hiring a Sales Executive to join the Client Development team. You will build a deep understanding of the platform, clearly position its capabilities to financial advisors, and help drive scalable growth by gathering advisor feedback and meeting SLAs.

With a base + variable compensation model, you will influence the product roadmap and marketing campaigns, contributing to a high-growth, inclusive culture across multiple U.S. locations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales role within financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Ability to quickly understand complex product features and articulate value.
• S. degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for results.
• Creative problem solving to overcome roadblocks.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver results and meet quarterly and annual quota while supporting the sales team.
• Understand the Altruist platform and articulate value of features like the rebalancer and Model Marketplace.
• Capture advisor feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and meet SLAs.
• Demonstrate coachability and growth mindset.
