Job summary

Altruist is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Client Development team. You will build deep product knowledge, position capabilities to financial advisors, and drive trust-based, consultative sales to acquire, retain, and expand business.

You’ll contribute to scalable growth by gathering advisor feedback, meeting service levels, and continually improving team processes while representing a leading AI-powered wealth platform.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in financial services sales or as an independent advisor, or as a consultant in fintech/SaaS.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to articulate value of complex product features.

Responsibilities

• Deliver results and meet quarterly and annual quotas while supporting the broader sales team.
• Develop deep understanding of the Altruist platform and position features like the rebalancer and Model Marketplace.
• Use consultative selling to educate advisors and guide them through the buying process to acquire, retain, and expand business.
• Capture advisor feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
• Identify ways to improve the sales process while meeting SLAs and keeping accurate Salesforce records.
• Demonstrate coachability and a growth mindset by applying leadership feedback.
